The flap is not felt while walking because it falls under the arch of the foot. If it is hitting a different part of your foot, it is advised that you try another size. We recommend sizing up if you are a half size.

Orders

If you received an order number and/or confirmation email from us, the order was placed successfully! If you placed the order under an existing account (not as a guest at checkout), this information should also be reflected in your Flip Sandal account - once logged in, navigate to your Order History and select the most recent order. From there, you will be able to reference the date/time placed, total and order status.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel and/or need to modify your order, such as changing the ship to address. Please note, cancellation requests are time sensitive and we cannot guarantee your order will be canceled. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product(s).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Please note that we do not accept any other methods or payment apart from those listed above in domestic checkout.

No, only one credit card type per transaction may be entered; however you may enter a combination of Flip Sandal gift cards and a credit card.

We charge upon order placement.

We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotional period as they are time-specific.

If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement. Simply follow our return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and they’ll pause your statement. As soon as we process your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.

Gift card

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given, except in those states requiring redemption for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the amount reaches zero.

You do not need an account to shop at Flip Sandal. However, registering your details will allow you to: expedite future checkouts, track order history, and receive emails, discounts, and special offers!


To create an account, click on the account use icon located at the top right of the page next to the wishlist heart and cart icon.

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. The shipping confirmation email will include your package's tracking number. You can also find a link to the tracking information in your account.
