Return Policy

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, your unworn items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns received 31 to 60 days from the date of purchase are subject to a restocking fee. Returns must be unworn and sent back with all of the original packaging intact.

Please note that all final sale items, late returns, worn or damaged items sent back without prior authorization will be considered forfeited, and will be handled at Flip Sandals sole discretion.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on “final sale” merchandise.

Submit a Return

  • Send an e-mail to cs@flipsandal.com stating the reason for return. 
  • Our customer service team will assist with the return process. Our team is available Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 5:00p.m. PST. The office is closed on weekends and holidays. They will respond within 24 - 48 hours.
  • During the returns process you will be provided a return label to return your items. No fee will be assessed for eligible returns made within 30 days. Returns made within 31-60 days will be given a label, but are subject to a $6.00 restock fee.

Refund Processing

  • Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once the package is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive a refund confirmation email once we have processed your return. 
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to be reflected in your account. 
  • All refunds are issued to the original form of payment - if you paid with a credit card that is no longer active, your bank will route your funds to you accordingly. If you paid using a bank gift card, but disposed of your card, please contact us before returning your order so that we can assist you. Once a refund is processed, it cannot be recalled.

Exchange

  • We do not process exchanges. Please place a new order if you need a different size.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • If you received the wrong product or a defective/damaged product(s), please contact customer service within 5 business days of receiving the package with a clear photo of the damage and your order number.

    We will be happy to assist you in resolving the situation.
